Storage building included. Access by Plane on the Mulchatna River. Sand bar could be used again once the Willows are cut back. Sellers used to winter here and maintain the sand bar. Even though the Sellers haven't been there in recent years, there have been friends using the cabin and checking on it. The area is known for hunting, wild berries, and everything Alaska has to offer. No real official trail to the cabin, Sellers were flown in and dropped in the fall, then picked up in the spring.
